Lehenga – Multi color brocade kali silk lehenga. The lehenga consists of orange, sky blue, turquoise and red color kali. 11’’ multi designer border having a mixture of hand embroidery, weavings and zari patti. Intricate embellishments have been highlighted using maal, suta and zari in a delightful manner.
Blouse – Gorgeous hand embroidered kesari blouse upon a plain silk fabric has been crafted like magic by our Karigars. Maal and dual shade of pink resham floral embroidery has been done, covering the front portion completely along with zari leaf embroidery segregated in the sleeves. It has a closed neck along with back cut embroidery.
Dupatta – Handloom turquoise bandhej dupatta has been beautifully matched with the lehenga. Banarasi Bandhej is a celebration of Artistic Indian Textile. It’s an Amalgamation Banarasi heritage art with old age Tie and Dye technique from the royal state of Gujrat. This is an art form plucking the cloth with fingernails into numerous discrete bindings turning out into a figurative layout. The centuries-old craft has retained its immense popularity and has seen a comeback in the form of contemporary Banarasi Bandhej. Comes with beautiful jaal tassels.
About – Jamawar has its brocaded parts woven in similar threads of silk, most of the designs seen today are floral in nature. Due to its rich and fine raw materials,it is highly valued making it a luxury owned fabric. It is way more time consuming to weave each of these sarees as compared to regular katan silks.
