Description
Kadhua is an exclusive technique of handloom weaving in Banaras and it cannot be imitated on a powerloom. Single piece of a Kadhua dupatta takes 1-1.5 months (solely depending on the design and weaving) engaging at least three persons to complete. It is done on pure handloom fabrics only.
‘Meena’ is the feminine form of “Minoo” in Persian, meaning heaven.
